The document was signed in the presence of the head of Rosseti Group Mr. Oleg Budargin and Power Machines General Director Mr. Roman Filippov.

OJSC Rosseti changed the name of the company to the Rosseti Public Joint-Stock Company (PJSC).

On June 19 at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Rosseti CEO Oleg Budargin and General Director of Mezhregionsoyuzenergo (MRSEN) Yuriy Shulgin signed an agreement to ensure the reliability of power supply in Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Sverdlovsk regions as well as in the Republic of Khakassia.

An Agreement with ABB Signed and Schneider Electric Plant in Yekaterinburg Visited Rosseti delegation headed by the Company’s CEO Oleg Budargin takes part in the Innoprom-2015 international industrial exhibition. Rosseti’s subsidiary IDGC Ural (Interregional distribution grid company of the Urals) presents its stand at the trade show.

On June 30, 2015, in Moscow the Company held its annual general meeting (AGM) of shareholders at which 2014 operational and financial results were presented as well as other items of the agenda voted for.

Oleg Budargin, Rosseti (Russia’s power grid) General Director was interviewed by Russia 24 TV channel at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. He pointed out that Rosseti signed an agreement with South Korea's KEPCO on the construction of the Vladivostok-Seoul power bridge. On June 19, on the second day of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum Rosseti and General Electric (NYSE: GE) concluded a strategic cooperation agreement. The document was signed by  Rosseti’s General Director Oleg Budargin and President and CEO of GE in Russia/CIS Ron Pollett.

Rosseti and Renault Russia inked a strategic partnership agreement on implementation of the Program of Formation of  Charging Infrastructure for ETransport in the Russian Federation. The document was signed at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum on June 19, 2015, by Rosseti’s General Director Oleg Budargin and Renault Russia General Director Andrei Pankov.

At the 19th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Ministry of North Caucasus Affairs and Rosseti signed an agreement on cooperation aimed at the integrated development of the regional power grid and improvement of payment discipline in the North Caucasian Federal District.

The latest stage of the International Youth Forum, organized by Rosseti, JSC, ended on June 5, 2015 in the capital of France. During a two-day session in Paris (June 4, 2015 and June 5, 2015) the Forum participants got acquainted with special aspects of operation of a subsidiary of Électricité de France (EDF), the electric power company - Électricité Reseau Distribution France (ERDF). Young people met with experts on active-adaptive networks development, experts in work with clients and energy transit management of ERDF. During the visit, they also visited the ERDF presentation centre  - Showroom Smart Grids Grenelle, where they could see for themselves the benefits of grids equipment with intelligent electricity meters.
