On August 25, the ROSSETI Group delegation headed by General Director Oleg Budargin took part in unveiling the Russian Energy Ministry’s exhibit at the Technical Exhibition of Energy Equipment, Technology and Services that is being held as part of the 45th Session of the CIGRÉ International Council on Large Electric Systems, currently taking place in the Palais des Congrès in France.  

A ROSSETI Group delegation headed by General Director Oleg Budargin is taking part in the 45th Session of the CIGRÉ International Council on Large Electric Systems and Technical Exhibition which are being held from August 24 to 29, 2014 in Paris.

Head of ROSSETI Oleg Budargin travelled to the Rostov Oblast with an official visit. His agenda included speaking to the employees working with the Kuybyshev District power lines in charge of border energy facilities, he inspected the region’s Kuybyshevo 1 substation and held an operational executive meeting that was attended by Deputy Governor of the Rostov Oblast Alexander Grebenshchikov and the heads of ROSSETI’s subsidiaries the Federal Grid Company and the Southern Interregional Distribution Grid Company to discuss the reliability and safety of the power grid sector on the border with Ukraine.

JSC «ROSSETI»'s General Director Oleg Budargin made an official visit to the Kaliningrad Oblast to examine a number of energy facilities and to conduct a planning brief with the administration of Yantarenergo, a ROSSETI subsidiary, to discuss preparing the region's electricity sector for the upcoming winter.

KostromaEnergo and BryanskEnergo - companies within the ROSSETI Group - have signed agreements with the administrations of the Kostroma and Bryansk Oblasts to implement a host of measures to ensure reliable power supplies and to facilitate the technological connection of companies in the food industry and agricultural producers.

JSC «ROSSETI» has partnered with the Rostec State Corporation and approved a plan for a joint project to create an Integrated Competence Centre for Producing and Supplying Import Substituting Equipment in the state corporation's facilities. This will ensure that consumers are supplied with the latest generation equipment made right here in Russia, which will improve the quality of the power supply and facilitate the sustainable development of the Russian economy as a whole. The order to approve the Road Map for the joint project was signed on August 20.

ROSSETI head Oleg Budargin flew to the Crimean Federal District on August 16 with an official visit. Less than two months remain until the start of the 2014-2015 fall-winter season. Due to this, the head of ROSSETI is personally inspecting the progress of preparing operations for the maximum winter loads at facilities within the main transmission grids and mobile gas-turbine electric power plants in the region while also meeting with the workers in these facilities.

Today on August 15, the General Director of ROSSETI Oleg Budargin arrived in Astrakhan with an official visit and personally inspected the progress of the electricity sector's preparations for the upcoming fall-winter season. He also met with the governor of the Astrakhan Oblast Aleksandr Zhilkin.

ROSSETI's General Director Oleg Budargin held a video conference on August 14 with manager's from the company's subsidiaries to examine the progress related to preparing the power grid infrastructure for the upcoming 2014-2015 fall-winter season.

In the first half of 2014, ROSSETI's subsidiary YantarEnergo has technologically connection a whole host of large industrial enterprises in the Kaliningrad Oblast to the power grid which will, in turn, be creating around 300 new jobs. These facilities have reported a total of 2,500 kW of power.
