By the decision of the annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PJSC ROSSETI North-West dated June 13, 2023, the auditor of the accounting (financial) statements for 2023 prepared in accordance with Russian accounting standards, the review of the interim condensed consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards for 3 and 6 months ending June 30, 2023 and consolidated financial statements for 2023 prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards approved by TSATR - Audit Services, Limited Liability Company.

The selection of the audit organization was carried out by PJSC Rosseti on behalf of PJSC Rosseti North-West on the open electronic trading platform Roseltorg through an open tender without prequalification for the right to conclude an agreement to conduct a mandatory annual audit of financial statements, according to the results of which LLC was recognized as the winner "TSATR - Audit Services, LLC" (minutes No. 3/58r dated April 21, 2023).

In accordance with subparagraph 11, paragraph 10.2 of article 10 of the Charter of PJSC ROSSETI North-West, the competence of the General Meeting of Shareholders of PJSC ROSSETI North-West includes the approval of the auditor. Based on the results of the competitive procedures, taking into account the recommendations of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors proposes and the General Meeting of Shareholders of PJSC Rosseti North-West approves an independent auditor.
