18.10.2016
The main event of the Russian electric-power industry, which got off to a roaring start today and will run through 19 October 2016, has once again gathered together international and Russian energy professionals and experts. Leading manufacturers of high-tech equipment, domestic and international control-system integrators, innovative companies and startups, members of the scientific community and representatives of the public authorities will discuss different paths towards the development of the electric-power industry and modernization of the grid complex under today’s modern conditions.
The overarching theme of RUGRIDS-ELECTRO 2016 is “Growth Infrastructure. Optimization. Opportunities.” The theme will allow for a determination of paths for development of the global and Russian electric-power systems, as well as the identification of solutions for the modernization and further integration of innovative solutions; the coordinating strategy for the improvement of energy efficiency has already been reviewed, and the key thrusts of import substitution and common energy policy have been identified.
BUSINESS PROGRAM
Industry around the world is bracing for the coming shift in the industrial paradigm – from yesterday’s digitalization to tomorrow’s innovations, which will be based on breakthrough technological solutions. The electric-energy sector is no exception in this regard.
Worldwide, the power industry is experiencing the changes associated with emerging trends in the generation, distribution and consumption of electric energy.
