The head of Rosseti, Oleg Budargin, during a lecture at European University at St. Petersburg, recounted to graduate students of the institution about the outcome of reforms in the electrical energy industry in Russia, the problems of existing industry regulations, and of priority tasks for the electrical power grid complex.
Oleg Budargin touched on separate projects of the Rosseti Group of Companies, including, talking about the modern equipment used in power engineering, current and prospective directions including the development of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, and implementation of the Smart Grid technology in network companies.
At the end of his address, the head of Rosseti answered questions from the audience in detail.
