Oleg Budargin, head of Rosseti, took part in a joint onsite meeting of Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolay Patrushev and the Presidential Envoy to Siberian Federal district of Russia Nikolay Rogozhkin on the energy security of the district. The agenda included the development of the electrical grid complex.
In the course of the working visit Oleg Budargin also conducted a meeting on the functioning of the electrical grid complex of the Interregional Distribution Grid Company (IDGC) of Siberia in autumn - winter 2014 - 2015, during which heads of regional electrical grid companies reported to the head of Rosseti on implementation of repairs and investment programs.
Particular attention was paid to the availability of the technological connection to electrical grids of Special Economic Zones (SEZ) of the tourist and recreational type. The implementation of these projects will create conditions for the social and economic development of the Republic of Altay and the Altay region, produce new jobs as well as increase the reliability of the energy supply of already existing consumers.
The CEO of JSC Rosseti inspected energy facilities of the tourist zones of the Republic of Altay and the Altay region - Manzherok mountain skiing complex, SEZ Altay Valley, Biryuza Katun tourist complex, Siberian Coin gambling zone.
The technical support of these facilities is exercised at the expense of the investment program of the Rosseti subsidiary - the IDGC of Siberia. Head of the Croup of Companies Oleg Budargin was informed that a double circuit transmission line of 10 kW more than five kilometres long had been constructed for technological connection of MSC Manzherok. The Special Economic Zone was technologically connected through the reconstruction of the Maiminskaya substation.
Furthermore, there will be built a double circuit electrical grid transmission line of 110 kW from the Biiskaya CHPP to SEZ Biruza Katun - this is a strategically important project for the economy of the Altay region. As part of its realization two substations will be built with voltage of 110/10 kW and the capacity of 25 MVA each.
