Joint-Stock Company “Interregional Distribution Grid Companies Holding” has been officially renamed to be Joint-Stock Company “Russian Grids”. Corresponding amendments to the Company Charter were registered on 4 April, 2013 by Interregional Inspectorate No 46 for Moscow of the Federal Tax Service of Russia with a corresponding record made to the Uniform State Register of Legal Entities.
The decision on introduction of amendments and supplements to the Charter of IDGC Holding, JSC to the extent of amendment of the business name of the Company was taken at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of IDGC Holding, JSC on 23.03.2013 in pursuance of Order No 1567 of President of the Russian Federation On Joint-Stock Company “Russian Grids” dated 22.11.2012.
