Sergey Titov, First Deputy General Director of Lenenergo, JSC for Interaction with IDGC of the North-West, JSC elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDGC of the North-West, JSC (subsidiary company of IDGC of the North-West, JSC).
A decision to the effect was taken by the Board of Directors of the electric power grid company on July 3, 2014. Prior to appointment to the position of First Deputy General Director of Lenenergo, JSC in May of the current year, Sergey Titov had headed IDGC of the North-West since July 2012.
He is currently in charge of implementation of the Cooperation Agreement of IDGC of the North-West, JSC and Lenenergo, JSC signed on April 25, 2014.
