In terms of CAPEX assimilation, the amount of execution of the annual investment program of IDGC of the North-West (subsidiary company of Russian Grids, JSC) approved by constituent entities of the Russian Federation will make 5.927 bln RUB The Company will commission 2,192 km of transmission lines (which exceeds the planned performance by 108%) and 304 MVA of transformer capacities (105% of the planned amount). The facilities commissioning plan over-fulfilled is due to performance of works related to consumers’ technological connections.
The most significant facilities commissioned by IDGC of the North-West in 2013:
In the Vologda Region one completed works on the project “Construction of 10 kV Overhead Line in Spas-Kamenny Island in the Ust-Kubinsky District (Vologda Region)” and completed reconstruction of “Roslyatino” 110/10 kV substation. IDGC of the North-West completed the investment project “Construction of “Logmozero” 110/10 kV substation in the Prionezhsky District of the Republic of Karelia, second start-up complex (Substation PS-83)”. In the Murmansk Region one completed works on reconstruction of the projects “Reconstruction of a section of 150 kV Overhead Line No L-221” and “Reconstruction of a section of 110 kV Overhead Line No L-132”. In the Komi Republic, the Company completed the projects “Reconstruction of 110 kV Overhead Line No 163/2 “Krutaya” Substation – “Verkhnyaya Omra” Substation within the section of Poles Nos 98-101 (Nibel River crossing) (Central Power Plant)” and “Extension of 110/10 kV “Seregovo” substation featuring installation of a second 6.3 MVA transformer”. In the Pskov Region 35/10 kV “Lekhovo” Substation No 39 and 110 kV “Pytalovskaya-1” Overhead Line were commissioned after reconstruction. Technical re-equipment of 110/35/10 kV “Nevel-2” Substation No 129 was completed.
