Prior to the appointment, Andrey Gorokhov had worked as Deputy General Director of IDGC of the North-West, JSC – Director of Kolenergo branch.Since October 1, 2012 Andrey Gorokhov has been appointed Acting Deputy General Director for Technical Issues – Chief Engineer of IDGC of the North-West, JSC. An order to the effect was signed by General Director of IDGC of the North-West Sergey Titov. Prior to the appointment, Andrey Gorokhov had worked as Deputy General Director of IDGC of the North-West, JSC – Director of Kolenergo branch.
