The joint drills are arranged on an annual basis in accordance with the Plan of Core Measures for Prevention and Elimination of Complicate Technological Disturbances, Preparation of Mobile Personnel and Means 2012-2013 Autumn/Winter Period. Joint interregional drills for elimination of emergency situations endangering continuity of electric power supply within the electric power complex will take place in the Republic of Karelia, the Komi Republic, the Vologda Region and the Pskov Region in September 2012. The joint drill will be participated in by structural subdivisions of FGC UES, JSC and SO of UES, JSC, regional EMERCOM agencies, executive authorities and local administrations, housing and utility sector enterprises, contractor organizations and consumers.
