Defense of 2013 branch repairs programs in progress within IDGC of the North-West The drafts are being considered during the period from June 19 to July 5

The drafts are being considered during the period from June 19 to July 5 under the supervision of Deputy Chief Engineer of IDGC of the North-West Gennady Aleksandrov.

The drafts presentation and explication are done by the branches chief engineers and managers of concerned subdivisions.
Vologdaenergo branch presented its draft repairs program on June 19, Karelenergo – on June 21, Arkhenergo and Pskovenergo – on June 26. Defense of Komienergo and Kolenergo draft investment programs is to take place on June 28, that of Novgorodenergo   on July 5.

Arkhenergo branch of IDGC of the North-West will allocate 258 mln RUR for repair of the electric power grid complex in 2013. 70% of the amount will be allocated for performance of works relying on the Company’s own resources. Arkhenergo plans to perform capital repair of almost 1200 km of 0.4–110 kV transmission lines and 137 6-10/0.4 kV substations envisaging repair of the 110 kV power transformer at “Kontsegorye” substation.
The planned volume of the repair program of Pskovenergo branch of IDGC of the North-West for 2013 is 237 mln RUR. The portion of works performed relying on own resources is expected to make 80%.A considerable (32%) part of the funds is planned to be allocated for repairs of cable and overhead 10-0.4 kV transmission lines. Approximately 20% will be spent on 35-110 kV HV transmission lines maintenance.

The branches programs are generated based on production divisions’ repairs plans undergoing defense at the branch level. Production divisions’ repairs plans are generated based on suggestions from electric power grid districts. The final draft of the branch repairs program is generated using a software solution enabling more accurate cost estimates and work performance tracing during the year.
