Andrey Gorokhov appointed Director of Kolenergo branch of IDGC of the North-West The shifts on Kolenergo management are due to the former Director of IDGC of the North-West branch Sergey Gubich having entered public service. Andrey Gorokhov has been appointed Deputy General Director of IDGC of the North-West, JSC   Director of Kolenergo branch since June 25, 2012. An order to the effect was signed by General Director of IDGC of the North-West Aleksandr Kukhmay, pursuant to decision of the Board of Directors dated May 20 of the current year.
Before the appointment Andrey Gorokhov had worked as Deputy Director for Development and Marketing of services of Kolenergo branch of IDGC of the North-West, having been appointed Acting Director of Kolenergo since May 22, 2012.
The shifts on Kolenergo management are due to the former Director of IDGC of the North-West branch Sergey Gubich having entered public service. In May 2012, he was appointed Deputy Governor of the Murmansk Region.

Andrey Yuryevich Gorokhov was born on March 8, 1959, in Irkutsk. In 1981, he graduated from Ivanovo Energy Institute majoring in “Electric energy production and distribution automation”. In addition, in 2003 he took studies in “Management of power industry companies in market economy” at the State University of Management.
Immediately after graduation from Ivanovo Energy Institute, he became employed by Kolenergo. Until 1987 he had occupied a number of positions at HPP-8 (part of the Paatsjoki HPP chain). In 1987   2002 he held engineering offices within Kolenergo relay protection and automation service.
In 2002 he became Chief Engineer of Energosbyt branch of Kolenergo, JSC.. In October 2005, he came to supervise work for electric energy commercial dispatching and accounting and (since 2006) transfer of electric energy. Since February 2008, he has been Deputy General Director for Development and Marketing of Services.
