The investment project is included in the bilateral agreement for development of the Vologda Region electric power gridsVologdaenergo branch of IDGC of the North-West is carrying out preparatory works at “NPS” 110/35/10 kV substation in the Nyuksenitsa District, Vologda Region. Within the framework of its reconstruction, the contractor has completed arrangement of a foundation for 10 kV outdoor switchgear and commenced erection of the power transformer foundation. A 110 kV pole has been installed at the facility.
In the course of implementation of the investment project that the power grid company plans to complete in 2014, the contractor will carry out the following activities at “NPS” substation: construction of the 10 kV outdoor/indoor switchgear building, reconstruction of 110 kV and 35 kV outdoor switchgears, general construction works for enclosure arrangement, construction of a system of oil headers and oil sumps, passages and sites within the substation territory. One will perform on the facility replacement of the existing power transformers and modernization of the devices of relay protection automation, the automated process control system and the automated informative and measurement system for commercial electric energy accounting.
Reconstruction of “NPS” 110/35/10 kV substation is required to enhance reliability of electric power supply to consumers, Vologda trunk oil pipeline directorate among them.
The cost of the investment project included in the bilateral agreement on development of the Vologda Region electric power grids made 265.1 mln RUR.
