The shifts in Kolenergo branch management are due to the former Director of the branch Sergey Gubich having entered public service with the Murmansk Region administration in the office of Deputy Governor.Since May 22, 2012 temporary discharge of the duties of Deputy General Director – Director of Kolenergo branch of IDGC of the North-West, JSC has been vested with Deputy Director for Development and Sales of Services of Kolenergo branch of IDGC of the North-West Andrey Gorokhov. An order to the effect was signed by General Director of IDGC of the North-West, JSC Alexander Kukhmay.
