Title “Distinguished Power Industry Worker of the Russian Federation” Assigned to Vladimir Zaytsev, Engineer of the Relay Protection and Automation Service of the West Karelian Electric Power Grids of Karelenergo Branch of IDGC of the North-West Vladimir Vasilyevich Zaytsev has worked in the Relay Protection and Automation service since August 1973.By order of President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev the honorary title “Distinguished Power Industry Worker of the Russian Federation” for achievements in the field of power industry and a long-term record of conscientious labor was conferred on the employee of Karelenergo branch of IDGC of the North-West Vladimir Zaytsev.
Vladimir Vasilyevich Zaytsev has worked in the Relay Protection and Automation service since August 1973. Having begun his career as an electrician repairing replay protection and automation equipment, he is currently a Grade 1 engineer. It is with his immediate participation that “Sortavala-Novaya” 1S substation, fully based on microprocessor hardware, was commissioned within a tightest timeframe. In 2008 Vladimir Zaytsev was awarded a note of acknowledgement from the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
