Project advanced by IDGC of the North-West for “Power Industry of the Future” competition having ended prize-winning Project “Development of New Instrumentation for Measurement and Automatic Determination of Pulse Characteristics of a Grounding Device” qualified among the Competition Stage 2 winners. 14 innovative ideas and projects selected by the Expert Board of IDGC of the North-West, JSC were present for discussion to the Expert Board of All-Russian Competition of Science-Intensive Innovative Ideas and Projects “Power Industry of the Future”. Project “Development of New Instrumentation for Measurement and Automatic Determination of Pulse Characteristics of a Grounding Device” qualified among the Competition Stage 2 winners.
The team having developed it is a group of associates where everyone takes efforts to contribute to the common cause. The foundation for their future scientific activities was laid by Saint Petersburg State Polytechnical University. Then the students and postgraduate students were invited to Scientific Research Institute for High Voltage DC Transmission of electric energy (NIIPT, JSC).
The ideological encourager of the young but very motivate and ambitious scientists having decided to participate in the IDGC Holding competition, Professor of Saint Petersburg State Polytechnical University Nikolay Korovkin gives a very positive character to each member of the team. He is sure the guys will have a right future.
