The new full business name of the Company is Public Joint-Stock Company “Interregional Distribution Grid Company of the North-West”, the Company’s abbreviated business name being IDGC of the North-West, PJSC.
On July 03, 2015, a record on state registration of a restated Charter of the Company including the new name was entered in the Uniform State Register of Legal Entities.
The decision on approval of the restated Charter of IDGC of the North-West was taken by the annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on June 23, 2015.
The change of name of IDGC of the North-West was due to bringing the Charter of the Company in accordance with the amendments to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation that took effect since September 1, 2014.
