First Deputy Governor of Vologda Region Andrey Travnikov Having Conducted Trilateral Negotiation with General Director of IDGC of the North-West Sergey Titov and Representatives of Severstal Concerning “Last Mile” Issues The conference participants considered the possible variants for staged abandonment of the practice of contracts for electric energy transmission within the “last mile” framework. On April 23, First Deputy Governor of the Vologda Region Andrey Travnikov had a working meeting with General Director of IDGC of the North-West, JSC Sergey Titov and Director for Procurement and Logistics of Severstal – Russian Steel division Denis Pavlyuchenkov.
The trilateral discussion topic was settlement of relationships between the distribution grid company and one of the largest enterprises of the Vologda Region within the framework of the “last mile” problem solution.
As Sergey Titov noted, the negotiation process was not easy but in the course of the dialog the parties succeeded in achieving considerable rapprochement. In particular, the conference participants considered the possible variants for staged abandonment of the practice of contracts for electric energy transmission within the “last mile” framework.
