Energyo Solutions Russia Limited increased their stake in the equity capital of IDGC of the North-West, JSC from 12.65% to 16.41%. The Company became aware of the fact on 13 February, 2013.
For reference: Energyo Solutions Russia Limited of Cyprus is part of the Swedish fund EOS Russia investing in Russian power industry assets. EOS Russia Co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors Seppo Remes is also a member of the Board of Directors of IDGC of the North-West, JSC (first elected to the Board of Directors of the Company on 9 December, 2004).
