The Federal Arbitration Court for the North-Western District denounced the decree of the court of appeal concerning collection of 1.2 bln RUR overpayment and 146.3 mln RUR as interest from IDGC of the North-West, JSC for the benefit of Karelia Retail Energy Company, JSC. The Federal Arbitration Court for the North-Western District denounced the decree of the court of appeal concerning collection of 1.2 bln RUR overpayment and 146.3 mln RUR as interest from IDGC of the North-West, JSC for the benefit of Karelia Retail Energy Company, JSC. The Federal Arbitration Court for the North-Western District upheld the judgment of the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Karelia having denied such amount collection.
The resolutory part of the decree of the Federal Arbitration Court for the North-Western District was amounted on December 4, 2012. The judicial dispute between the two companies deals with issues of “last mile”, procedure for determination of duration of capacity usage by the retail company's consumer, of the amount of electric energy transmission services provided with apartment houses and of the amount of services proved with regard to consumers connected to unowned grids.
