The project first stage will begin in 2013. 40 mln RUR have been allocated for its implementation. Arkhenergo branch of IDGC of the North-West, JSC will commence reconstruction of grids in Severodvinsk, Arkhangelsk Region. The reconstruction will enable technological connection in the eastern and western parts of Severodvinsk. The reconstruction is to be completed in 2018.
