Vologdaenergo branch of IDGC of the North-West has commenced implementation of the Investment Project on 110 kV distribution point construction to connect Krasavinskaya Gas-Turbine CHP Plant to its electric networks. The project CAPEX will make 132.1 mln rubles.
110 kV distribution point on the territory of 110 kV outdoor switchgear of Krasavino Gas-Turbine CHP Plant located in Veliky Ustyug district of Vologda region will be constructed by the Contractor – OOO Glavenergosoyuz. At present the Contractor is taking preliminary measures, after that it is going to start the works at the beginning of August 2012.
Construction of the 110 kV distribution point is determined by the need to connect the 110 kV matching substation of Krasavino Gas-Turbine CHP Plant to the existing 110 kV networks of Vologdaenergo branch. The commissioning period is the fourth quarter of 2012.
At the moment Krasavino Gas-Turbine CHP Plant is brought into service, network connection is exercised via existing lines 110 kV that are not designed to carry full load. DP construction will provide normal operation of lines distributing fluxes among 4 lines that will result in significant reduction of energy losses in the Company networks.
Implementation of the project related to construction of 110 kV distribution point on the territory of 110 kV outdoor switchgear of Krasavino Gas-Turbine CHP Plant will foster further development of infrastructure in Veliky Ustyug district and in Vologda region in general.
